Program Structure:

  • Duration: The program spans a minimum of 6 weeks and thrives on collaboration. Your commitment and honesty are paramount to its success.

  • Initial Steps: Our journey begins with a 15-20 minute introductory session, where you can share your goals and concerns with me. Following this, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire to complete. This ensures that there are no underlying medical conditions that might conflict with an Ayurvedic meal plan.

  • Plan Discussion: Once you send in your forms a 30-minute Zoom session will be scheduled to walk you through your personalised plan based on your Dosha and address any queries you might have. We will go through your meal combinations and the strict daily routine that I will create specifically  for you. For optimal results, it's crucial to adhere to the suggested food combinations, meal timings, and minimise alcohol consumption during the 6-week period. Remember, it's a short-term commitment with long-term benefits.

  • Conclusion : At the end of the 6 weeks, we will review your experience and  I will teach you how to maintain this new lifestyle and continue on this life changing mindful eating journey.
