Jaggery rebuilds blood (anemia remedy)
Ingredients:
1 cup sesame seeds
½ cup crushed almonds
¼ cup jaggery paste
1 tsp cardamom
Method:
Dry-roast sesame + almonds 5 mins.
Melt jaggery into syrup, mix with seeds.
Press into tray, slice while warm.
