Sesame-Almond Chikki Bars (Vata-Pacifying)

Ayurvedic Benefits:

  • Sesame = calcium + grounding for anxiety

  • Jaggery rebuilds blood (anemia remedy)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sesame seeds

  • ½ cup crushed almonds

  • ¼ cup jaggery paste

  • 1 tsp cardamom

Method:

  1. Dry-roast sesame + almonds 5 mins.

  2. Melt jaggery into syrup, mix with seeds.

  3. Press into tray, slice while warm.

Modern Twist: Add 1 scoop plant protein powder (unflavored) for gym-goers!
