Ingredients:
2 wild-caught salmon fillets
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp ghee
Lemon wedges
Method:
Marinate salmon in honey, ginger, and turmeric for 10 mins.
Pan-sear in ghee 4 mins/side until caramelized.
Squeeze lemon before serving.
Dosha Tips:
Vata: Serve with roasted sweet potatoes.
Pitta: Add cooling cilantro-mint chutney.
