Ingredients:
1 chicken breast (sliced thin)
1 tsp black pepper, mustard seeds
1 cup kale, massaged with lemon
½ cup cooked quinoa
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
Stir-fry chicken in coconut oil with spices.
Toss with kale + quinoa.
