Kapha-Busting Spiced Chicken Bowl

Ayurvedic Benefits:

  • Black pepper + mustard seeds ignite digestion (Kapha)

  • Kale detoxifies liver

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (sliced thin)

  • 1 tsp black pepper, mustard seeds

  • 1 cup kale, massaged with lemon

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

  1. Stir-fry chicken in coconut oil with spices.

  2. Toss with kale + quinoa.

Dosha Tip: Pitta? Replace black pepper with fennel.
