ABOUT LAKSHMI

My journey with Ayurveda is not just a career — it's a lifelong calling that began over two decades ago. I first immersed myself in its wisdom in 2001, long before it became my professional path. That deep, foundational study became my anchor years later when my own health crisis unfolded, and it is the reason I practice today.

I am a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and a 500-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher. My approach combines classical Ayurvedic training with a practical understanding of modern Hong Kong life: the long hours, the travel, the family demands. My guidance fits your real life — not the other way around.

Is this for you?

Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance may suit you if you're interested in:

  • A more consistent, realistic approach to self-care

  • Understanding your constitution — your balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha

  • Food, rest and daily routines that work with your real schedule

  • Women's wellness through life's transitions

  • Learning from a practitioner who has lived these teachings for over two decades

Ayurveda works alongside, not instead of, your medical care. I do not diagnose disease or replace your doctor.
